This class is especially designed for those who have never practiced yoga or who have stopped practicing for a while. You will learn the basic principles, techniques and poses with more personal attention.
Strength building vinyasa yoga. Flow through sequence of postures synchronized to breath to warm the body, allowing you to move deeper into postures and, over time, deeper into their personal practice.
Foundational Aerial Class. With the support of a soft suspended fabric, Fly Basics combines exercises with elements of aerial acrobatics. Students of all levels can learn to fly, flip, and flow.
Aerial workout incorporating cardio, weights. With the support of an suspended hammock Power Fly combines high intensity exercises with elements of aerial acrobatics.
Combines traditional yoga poses, aerial inversions, calisthenics and Pilates exercises with the support of the hammock. This is a great introduction to aerial fitness, although all levels are welcome.
Multilevel teen class (age 12-17) combines cardio, strength training and stretching exercises with aerial acrobatic poses. A fun approach to fitness for the healthy-minded youth.
open barre / happy hour
Open gym format. Please use the studio space and props. A Barre-tender will be available to set you up and provide modifications, corrections. Kids ages 5-11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Athletes! When was the last time you really stretched? No matter what type of athlete you are or what level, you need to properly take care of your muscles to prevent injury. Props used: yoga strap, blocks, hammocks, barre.
One of the hardest things for anyone to do is to calm the mind and just be present. Relax, sharpen your concentration and increase creativity. Meditation practice can reduce stress and anxiety, help you sleep better and feel rejuvenated!
High intensity interval training! Short on time, but still want a major calorie-burning workout... this is it! Full-body strength training with cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all levels provided.
Hang out with your friends from class, your friends and neighbors. Monthly social event, all are welcome. No cost to attend.
